BEPL:The Exchange has sought clarification from Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited with respect to announcement dated 01-Apr-2024, regarding resignation of Mr. Kenji Asakawa, Additional (Executive) Director"". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1.Resignation letter as per Point 7C of para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015.??The response of the Company is awaited.
